3. Purchase of products
3.1. Digital products (such as courses, downloadable books, manuals) and physical products can be found on the site.

3.2. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3.3. The purchase will be made using a credit card/Bit/PayPal through a secure payment system.

3.4. Order confirmation is subject to approval by the payment company.

 

4. Delivery of products
4.1. Supplier terms for physical products in the shipping policy on the site.

4.2. Digital products will usually be delivered immediately after the order, usually via email or a personal area on the site.

 

5. Cancellation and refund policy
5.1. A purchase of a physical product can be canceled according to the Consumer Protection Law, within 14 days of receipt and provided that the product is not damaged.

5.2. A digital code that has been opened, copied or activated – cannot be canceled, in accordance with Section 14C(d) of the Consumer Protection Law.

5.3. In any case of cancellation, you must contact Customer Service in writing, along with an invoice/proof of purchase.

 

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
6.1. All content on the site, including texts, images, video, audio, graphic design, digital courses, guides, exercises, trademarks and downloadable content – are the exclusive property of the Company, and are protected by copyright.

6.2. The content of the site may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, copied, translated or used in any other commercial way – without express prior written permission from the Company.

7.1. The Company makes every effort to ensure that the content on the site is accurate, but does not guarantee its completeness or up-to-dateness at any time.
