Cancellation and Refund Policy Last updated: 22.11.2024
We believe in our products and our service, and it is important to us that you feel safe and in control of your purchase. Below are the cancellation, return and refund terms, depending on the type of product.
Physical products
Canceling a transaction before shipping:
You can cancel a transaction made on the site as long as the order has not been shipped - and receive a full refund.
Cancellation and return after receiving the product:
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law:
You can cancel a purchase of a physical product within 14 days of its actual receipt, provided that the product has not been opened, damaged or used.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by an invoice.
The refund will be given minus a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).
The cost of return shipping will be applied to the customer.
Digital products (courses, digital books, audio files, online content)
In accordance with Section 14C(d) of the Consumer Protection Law:
It is not possible to cancel the purchase of a digital product that has been downloaded, opened, an access code has been entered or use has begun (including initial access to a course).
In the event that the product has not yet been used at all – you can contact us within 48 hours of the purchase for a detailed examination of the case.
Exceptional cases in which a refund is possible:
In the event of a technical fault on our part that prevented the customer from accessing a digital product.
In the event of a defective physical product, which arrives damaged or different from the one ordered – we will replace it at our expense, or offer a full refund.
How to request a refund
Any request for a refund, cancellation or exchange must be submitted in writing and include the following details:
Full name
Date of purchase
Order / receipt number
Reason for the inquiry
Photo of the product (in the case of a damaged physical product)
