We make every effort to provide a fast, safe and convenient shopping experience. Below is the shipping privacy policy for physical and digital products sold on the site.

Shipping for physical products
Order processing times:
Standard order processing time: 1–3 business days from the date of receipt of payment and confirmation of the order.

Actual deliveries (Sun-Thu, excluding holiday eves and holidays).

Shipping options:
Home delivery – 7-14 business days, depending on the location.

Pick-up from a distribution point/locker – equipment and service available.

Shipping costs:
The shipping cost will be displayed at the time of purchase for the selected shipping method.
Standard shipping is free.

Tracking:
After sending the product, a tracking number will be sent to your email or mobile phone.

Delivery of digital products
Delivery times:
Digital products, for example, downloadable files, guides or access to content - will be provided immediately after completing the purchase and payment, unless otherwise specified.

The download or login link will be sent to the email entered at the time of purchase.

Access methods:
For digital courses, access to the password via a username and to the personal area on the site.

The downloadable files are provided in PDF, MP3 or other formats depending on the product.

Access restriction:
Access to the digital product is personal and cannot be transferred or distributed.

Unauthorized use of content will result in termination of access and legal action.

 

General notes
We are not responsible for delivery delays resulting from external shipping companies or events outside our control (such as floods, extreme weather, etc.).

In case of a problem with delivery or failure to receive a product – please contact service within 7 business days from the date of order.
